Work Package 6

Communication and dissemination of ArcRisk results (Work Package 6)

Work Package 6 will, through engagement of relevant stakeholders, develop a communication strategy aimed at enhancing effective communication and dissemination of ArcRisk project results.

Project results will be summarized and synthesized with specific emphasis on providing results relevant to European and global policies on contaminants, adaptation to climate change, and human health. The work will be closely coordinated with Work Package 5 and will bring together and assess the overall work of the project with a focus on the main question of the project, namely, ‘What is the influence of climate change on human exposure to long-range transported contaminants and associated health effects in the Arctic and selected areas of Europe?’

Work package 6 is led by Simon Wilson (AMAP) working together with the Swedish Environmental Institute (IVL), and the Norwegian Institute for Air Research (NILU).

Stakeholder engagement
Involvement of relevant stakeholders, from policy-makers in Europe and the Arctic, to health proffessionals, to representatives of exposed population groups. is an important aim of ArcRisk. If you are interested in participating in the ArcRisk stakeholder consultations please contact the ArcRisk coordinators.
